Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the tour will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the total booking cost. By completing your booking, you authorize Pints & Pedals to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the payment method used at the time of booking.
